We have gone to extreme measures to ensure your privacy and protect all credit information through verisign and secure servers. However, we understand not everyone is going to be comfortable with entering all their personal information over the internet. Therefore, we have a form and procedure for off-line ordering that will enable you to order from us via phone, fax, or regular mail, (if ordering by phone, we will need to either fax or mail you a copy of the invoice to ensure the ordering information is correct. The invoice must be signed by you, and sent back to us before the order can be fully processed). If you would like to order off-line, please click here for the printable order form. After filling it all out, you can either fax or mail it to us. If you do not have access to print out an “off-line order form” please call us @ 1 800 631 0031 and we will fax or mail you the form. We will require the following information for ordering off-line:

1. Your wedding/event date
2. Your full name & bride’s full name (if applicable)
3. Your full address
4. Your phone numbers (day, or evening & cell)
5. Your email address
6. The shipping address
7. Designer name
8. Color
9. Measurements (of your bust, waist, hips & height) and size requested
10. Payment method - we accept visa, mc, amex, money order, draft, certified cheque.

If method of payment is by visa, mc, amex
After receiving your order via fax or mail, we will process it, and within 2 business days, we will then send you an email confirming your order. The confirmation will consist of the grand total of the order (full amount of the gown, applicable taxes, plus shipping), the amount charged to your credit card (usually 50% of the grand total, unless otherwise requested by you), your complete invoice as ordered, along with a confirmation number.

If method of payment is by money order, draft, certified cheque
After receiving your order via fax or mail, we will process it, and within 2 business days, we will send you an email confirmation of your order. The confirmation will consist of the grand total of the order (full amount of the gown, applicable taxes, plus shipping), the amount we require for a deposit (usually 50% of the grand total, unless otherwise requested from you), your complete invoice as ordered, along with a confirmation number. We must receive the money order or cheque with 7 business days or the order will become voided.
