Ordering Procedures On-line
The following outlines the general procedures for ordering online.
ORDERING ONLINE IS FAST AND EASY!!!!!! Just follow the prompts throughout the process.
- Select the gown of your choice, click “BUY NOW”
- Select specifications such as color, size and special lengths or rush (if needed). Click “ADD TO CART”
Please press on the supplied link to view the applicable designer’s size chart. Compare your measurements, and enter the size your measurements best fit into.

Special ordered gowns take anywhere from 3-6 months for delivery from our manufactures. Please allow extra shipping time from us to you. For shipping costs and approximate delivery dates, please see our shipping page. If you will need your gown before approximate delivery of 6 months, there are options for you such as rush cuts (expedite your order). Rush cuts are available from some manufactures, but for an extra charge. Most manufactures have various rushes available, if you require your order rushed, please click the applicable box during the ordering process.
NOTE: If you think you may need, or you definitely require a rush cut, but, you would like to know an approximate delivery date on your rush order prior to ordering on-line, please contact us and we will be glad to assist you with arrival dates.
Stock gowns will be shipped to you within one month from order date. If you require it sooner, please contact us, and we will try and arrange it.
All other items (veils, tiaras, shoes, fg’s, grad gowns) can require from 1- 12 weeks for delivery, depending on availability.
- Your order will appear with the required specs. Re-check your order and specifications.
- Click on “CHECK OUT”.
- Sign in as a new customer or returning customer. Click “ENTER“.
- Enter all the personal details, address, contact info and password.
ENTER AS MUCH INFO AS POSSIBLE!!! THE MORE THE BETTER!!
Click “ENTER” and your account will be created. Click “CONTINUE“.
- Delivery info page will appear, read over for accuracy and click “CONTINUE”.
- Payment info page will appear, enter all the necessary info and click “CONTINUE”.

We will be glad to answer any questions you may have. If you agree to all the terms and conditions, click on the check box. Click on the “CONFIRM ORDER” and your order will be sent in for processing. We will contact you within 24 hours with approval and approximate delivery date.
